Morning Patrol

Chiklet clocks in when the lawn turns loud green. The first job is fence inspection, followed by a slow walk to the white line. Every sunflower seed is counted twice, nudged into formation, then watched for suspicious rolling. Neighbors call it fussing. Chiklet calls it keeping the yard from becoming a buffet.
